By the way that appears to be Rafi Rubin who has done a lot of work on the Gubze touchscreens kernel driver. So it would be serial which is why lsusb is showing so little. For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. We were able to get the stylus working but not the touchscreen.
